This study aims to understand the relevance between local contexts such as geographical conditions, socio-cultural values and community needs for dual learning (PKR) in Sukapura Regency as one of the target locations of the INOVASI Program. Then, this study aims to see the extent of local community perceptions of children’s education rights, understanding and implementation of PKR. This study seeks to identify various driving factors and challenges for implementing PKR as a basis for formulating recommendations, including existing or required local and national policies.
