In this third phase, INOVASI focuses on bridging the gap between national policies and their implementation at the district/city and school levels, as well as strengthening the education ecosystem at the district/city level. The hope is that by 2031, Indonesia will have and implement inclusive education policies and practices that will impact the improvement of basic skills for all elementary school students, including children with disabilities.
