INOVASI collaborates with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikdasmen) to support quality learning in literacy, numeracy, and character education at the primary level. This support includes the development of effective assessment systems, contextualized teaching methods, efficient school programs, professional teacher training, strengthened school leadership, student character building, as well as the integration of environmental education and climate preparedness into the curriculum with a gender-transformative and socially inclusive approach. This also includes strengthening the role of teacher education institutions (LPTKs) to improve learning quality in literacy, numeracy, and character education at the primary education level.

INOVASI partners with the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) to support quality learning in madrasahs focusing on literacy, numeracy, and character development. Support includes the development of effective assessment systems, contextual teaching methods, efficient school programs, professional teacher training, strengthening school leadership, student character building, promotion of religious moderation, and integration of environmental education and climate preparedness into the curriculum with a gender-transformative and socially inclusive approach. It also emphasizes enhancing the role of teacher education institutions (LPTKs) to improve literacy, numeracy, and character learning at the primary education level.

INOVASI collaborates with the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) to develop long-, medium-, and short-term policies that support quality learning in literacy, numeracy, and character education. This support is provided by facilitating constructive dialogues between the central government, provincial and district/city authorities, and education stakeholders to share good practices in education policy and implementation. Through intensive dialogue, long-term policies formulated by Bappenas in collaboration with relevant ministries and institutions contribute to building a better and more sustainable education system.
